Contracts manager

Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures across stakeholder groups
Manage risks related to safety, health, environment, and quality through RAMS, PPE, training, and company procedures
Develop relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers, and subcontractors
Foster sustainable relationships with clients and related organisations
Manage client service delivery across multiple locations
Maintain a clear business plan for the appointed contract
Set, monitor, and control SLAs and KPIs for added value across stakeholders
Ensure mobile personnel adhere to agreed SLAs and KPIs
Collaborate with mobile teams to plan, implement, and monitor PPM schedule and reactive works
Be accountable for the financial performance of the contract
Conduct monthly audit checks demonstrating legislative compliance
Develop and monitor direct reports through training and regular reviews

Ideal candidate should have:
Previous contract management experience
Good knowledge of building services and legislation
Track record in Facilities Management with technical background
PFI experience
H&S Qualification, M&E Qualifications, Water Systems and Legionella Control - HSG274
Asbestos awareness
Experience using CAFM system and full clean driver's license
Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
Self-motivation and ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability to change
