Sunday/Statutory Holidays 22:00-06:00: £20.28Job Description: We are seeking an Onsite Support Worker to join our clients team and provide comprehensive support services at a sheltered scheme based in Llantwit Major, including associated dispersed units. The role involves various responsibilities, including safeguarding, compliance testing, and organizing activities for residents.
Responsibilities:

Provide onsite support at the sheltered scheme and associated dispersed units.
Conduct safeguarding activities to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
Perform in-house testing, including emergency lighting, legionnaires, and fire alarms, in collaboration with the compliance team.
Coordinate and facilitate activities for residents to promote social interaction and community engagement.
Respond promptly and effectively to resident inquiries, concerns, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and resident interactions.Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar support role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
