About Us:
A leading PLC and occupier business. As they continue to grow and enhance their real estate portfolio, they are seeking a dedicated and skilled Client-Side Estates Surveyor to join the asset management team. This role is pivotal in ensuring estates are managed efficiently, aligning with strategic objectives and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Asset Management: Oversee the management of our diverse property portfolio, ensuring optimal use and performance of assets.
Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess condition, identify necessary repairs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Lease Management: Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations, ensuring favorable terms for the business and adherence to lease agreements.
Cost Management: Manage property-related expenses, including maintenance, repairs, and utilities, to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget adherence.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic asset management plans, aligning with the company’s long-term goals and objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, external contractors, and service providers to coordinate property management activities and projects.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of property information, leases, inspections, and maintenance activities using our property management system.
Sustainability Initiatives: Support and implement sustainability initiatives to enhance the environmental performance of our properties. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a PLC or large occupier business.
Professional Membership: MRICS or equivalent professional qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance standards. Personal Attributes:
