Customer Care Advisor – Overview

We are working with a large Renewable Energy Company in Doncaster who are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join the team. You don't need any knowledge or experience of renewables, they can teach you that, but they are looking for a confident individual with experience dealing with customers over the phone and email.

This role will be a pivotal role in ensuring that customers’ solar PV installation are completed and signed off in a professional and timely manner – with specific focus on projects that have proved challenging.

The scope of works for the Customer Care Advisor begins where an issue/problem has been identified with a customer’s installation. The role involves retrieving and coordinating information from engineers, third parties and customers, before scheduling activity to ensure a smooth and satisfactory conclusion to each domestic engineering project.

The role involves maintaining and upkeeping their systems with ever event that occurs, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem.

The hours are 9-5pm Monday-Thursday and 08:30-16:30 on Friday. There is many progression opportunities available within the company as well as ongoing training and progression.

Customer Care Advisor – Salary & Remuneration

* Basic salary of £23,500 + Bonuses

* Bonuses of £300+ per month (£25 for positive Trust Pilot review and £50 for turning a review around)
