About the Role: As a Miller Programmer/Setter, you'll be a crucial part of the manufacturing team. Your main tasks include programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines, ensuring precision and quality. Familiarity with Fanuc and/or Hurco control systems is essential for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program, set up, and run CNC milling machines
* Interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
* Select appropriate tools and fixtures
* Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed
* Inspect finished parts for quality
* Perform routine machine maintenance
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Miller Programmer/Setter
* Strong understanding of Fanuc and/or Hurco control systems
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Commitment to quality and accuracy
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
