Job Opportunity Overview:
This role is a vital part of the Sales team, reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. As a direct contributor, the successful candidate will oversee all facets of the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in managing extensive geographical territories, identifying new opportunities, and executing strategic customer expansions. This role involves non-routine and highly intricate work, demanding advanced sales technical and business skills in the specialized field. Key responsibilities include penetrating accounts, engaging with executive stakeholders, and interacting with C-level decision-makers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute new sales and account expansion strategies, focusing on new business development.
Actively manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline, ensuring the CRM system is up-to-date and actionable.
Diligently pursue new business opportunities and leads, identifying key buying influences within client organizations.
Develop presentations and facilitate meetings between client stakeholders and relevant company personnel as required.
Introduce and guide prospective customers through the hiring and privacy/security process in accordance with company sales procedures.
Understand the client's pain points and cultivate win-win relationships that align with both client and company needs.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction are maintained throughout all opportunities.
Ensure smooth transition of new sales to the Customer Success and Operations Team.
Foster a positive and enjoyable work environment.
Perform other duties as required.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business related concentration.
Five (5) years of applicable business to business consultative sales experience with a proven track record of success. (top 10%, Presidents Club, etc.).
C-Level sales experience, within the large IDN provider marketplace.
Proficient in Heiman Miller strategy including Blue Sheets and Large Account Management Plans.
Experience managing large territories and state of the art product offerings
Strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.
Results driven and action oriented.
Desire to outperform competitors.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including formal presentation skills both in small and large groups.
Demonstrated capacity to keep abreast of new technology trends and apply to company products.
The ability to interact and cooperate with all employees.
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Key Relationships:
Directly supervised by Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Interacts regularly with company Leadership and Managers, Customers, Vendors, and Potential Customers.
