WWC Global is currently seeking a highly qualified NSW Wargame Planner for a high visibility program providing training and exercise support to U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). Joint SOF Trainers provide C4I, Defense Cyber Operations (DCO) and Knowledge Management (KM) designs for Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) injects for strategic/operational-level exercises for the USSOCOM Force Management Directorate, Joint Capabilities Training Office. This support includes all aspects of building, developing and executing strategic sensitive compartmented GCC’s exercises, Battle staff training events, Theater Special Operations Commands’ (TSOC) and SOF JTFs exercises in conjunction with the JEP and the Chairman’s Exercise Program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with commands, activities, institutions, and industries at all echelons to follow the latest trends, innovations, and advances in technology and intelligence; and to understand their implications for NSW plans, policy, and programs.
Provide advice, analysis, and recommendations regarding emerging technology, innovative techniques, and evolving organizations as they pertain to NSW programs, policy, and plans.
Organize, plan, and facilitate wargames and planning exercises as directed by Commander, Naval Special Warfare Command.
Expected salary range: $110,000 - $120,000
Work Environment:
Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Ability to work in confined areas.
Ability to work in remote and rural environments.
Physical Demands:
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.
Ability to drive a motor vehicle in environments including city, highway, and rural roads CONUS and OCONUS.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience regarding executive decision making, policy development, operational planning, wargaming and planning exercises, as well as experience in executive government correspondence.
Prior SOF (O5-O6, E9, CW5)
Minimum 18 years of special operations experience
Demonstrate recent experience and familiarity with current professional knowledge of the full range of Special Operations, Naval Special Warfare, and Joint Military Operations. 
Minimum of 6 years of recent experience serving in a command, senior enlisted advisor, or primary staff billet in a SOF (USSOCOM/TSOC), Service, Joint Staff, OSD, or 3-4 Star level Service/GCC HQs
Graduate of Service or Joint ILE or Enlisted equivalent
Completion of Service or Joint Senior Professional Military Education or Enlisted equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in exercise and scenario design and management  
Minimum of 8 years of experience conducting joint and coalition operations and training
Minimum of 4 years of experience with Service, SOF, and Joint doctrine, planning, operations, training, and exercises
Minimum of 4 years of experience developing operational products to support GCC and TSOC SOF/CT exercises  
Minimum of 4 years of experience researching and integrating current intelligence and operations to develop complex scenarios, studies, and analysis related to SOF core activities for all geographic areas  
Minimum of 4 years of experience to communication exercise design details with operational level exercise planners, staffs, and commanders; interagency partners, and partner nation exercise planners
Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
Professional proficiency in English is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driver’s license (proof of which will be required after hire) and ability to qualify for and maintain WWC liability insurance through a clean driving record.
