Project Management Specialist

Job Description
Under general supervision this position is responsible for the integration for all new type vehicles at the USI. Primary responsibilities will be Committee Management, Topic Steering & Process Documentation.
Duties and responsibilities
Committee management for project steering meeting and weekly ramp up meeting for both vehicle and battery plant.
Organization of ramp-up committees such as AK Transition to Plant and TPL Plant Reko.
Work with eLite for committee steering.
Serves as a key contact between the Client and MO Project Management for new type planning vehicles and batteries in order to ensure proper communication and information exchange between the American and German institutions.
Plan, check and act to implement interdisciplinary workshops and/or project meetings.
Document the teams' processes in a defined format to ensure knowledge transfer.
Perform safe work practices and participate in trainings and safety programs in a positive and proactive way by following safety rules, procedures, regulations, standards and laws. 
Report all unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and injuries to supervisor or Human Resources.
Work safely 100% of the time.
