Director of Medical Surgical Renal Transplant

The Director is responsible for the care given to patients within 5 North; day to day departmental operations and productivity; future development and budgetary projections for the service line. The Director ensures 5 North Services maintains the highest degree of efficiency and safety in providing quality care in 5 North including quality improvement, staff competency, inventory control and cost containment, patient satisfaction, staff satisfaction, and physician satisfaction. 
Requirements
Basic Cardiac Life Support
Registered Nurse
Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
Current RN licensure in Texas or compact state--Required
Note: ANCC Orthopedic Nurse Certifications are required within three years of hire date.
Note: PALS is required within one year of hire date.
Note: ACLS is required within six month of hire date.

MUST HAVE RENAL EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE LEADERSHIP MEDSURG/RENAL EXPERIENCE IN AN ACUTE CARE SETTING
Salary range from $130k base salary max, eligible for incentive bonus & relocation assistance
