Customer Experience Specialist (m/f/d) - WD
Conduct and coordinate Voice-Of-Customer Research with internal teams and JCI customers
Work with Marketing team on Value Proposition Design, Communication and Messaging
Interact with internal and external subject matter experts to deliver concise reporting and analytics to prioritize top opportunities for growth.
Partner with local sales leaders to develop action plans to grow market share
Understand user reporting requirements, design reporting specifications, implement new reporting with documentation to end users, and maintain ownership for reporting enhancements.
Leverage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and data to strengthen market intelligence reporting to support IREF sales priorities and tracking
Develop digital marketing campaigns and follow through with reporting and analytics (e.g. emails, webinars, web, social media)
Integrate external market data with internal business results to provide market share reporting, analytics, and insight to identify growth opportunities and allows development of action plans

What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field required
Experience researching, tracking, and reporting market and customer insights
excellent communication skills in English both oral and written; German, French or Spanish is a plus
Ability to interpret commercial data from multiple sources
Ability to balance multiple priorities and projects
Practical experiences with market research tools such as Qualtrics and/or Survey Monkey
