Salary: £12-14 per hour
Are you passionate about working with young children and making a positive impact on their lives? Our client a beautiful early years setting in Ipswich is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Educators to join their team.
About the setting:
Warm and welcoming early years setting that provides high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5. Our mission is to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Role and Responsibilities:
As an Early Years Educator, you will:
* Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to provide excellent care and education to children.
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare, including Safeguarding.
* Create a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages children’s development and well-being.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
* Knowledge of EYFS principles and practices.
* A childcare qualification is preferred, but experience within a childcare setting will be considered.
* An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required, or willingness to apply for one.
