Responsible for monitoring and delivery of CAPEX project goals in terms of cost, time, functionality, safety and according to client expectations Creating and scheduling of project plans that will meet the project's objectives through the Engineering, Design, Construction, Commissioning and Qualification phases Define scope of work and deliverables together with the relevant project sponsor / E2E Lead to support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Clarifying roles and responsibilities within the project organization and developing full-scale project plans and associated project governance on site Establishing the project team, structure and functions necessary to reach the project goals and ensures appropriate coaching/development/performance Transparent communication within project organization and at interfaces and stakeholder, mediating and hands-on in case of problems Reporting regularly in writing, including project progress reports, to ensure that it's on track and identify any potential issues. Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related science discipline with at least 10+ years of relevant experience in CAPEX projects At least 10 years of experience with design, construction and qualification of medium and large cGMP pharmaceutical facilities, including at least one major Greenfield cGMP facility build completed. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting/tracking scope, schedule and budget requirements while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Organizational skills to prioritize and resolve project issues. Coordinate and manage the activities of internal staff, consultants, vendors and contractors. Excellent communication skills. A solid understanding of design principles and standards within pharmaceutical facilities. Ability to look at plant problems and come up with options for solutions. Ability to understand and challenge design and execution concepts from outside vendors/engineers. High motivation, highly independent workstyle, driven personality, decisiveness Challenging the status quo and looking for opportunities to make improvements and change.
