Aufgabe Manage the portfolio of process digitalization projects and initiatives across TÜV SÜD globally on executive stakeholder level; this includes evaluating ideas and fit to our global business process and data house , driving harmonization. For evaluation, this includes orchestrating and collating ideas from the requesting business units, to then further evaluate by the team s business process and data architects team on fit to landscape For planning, this includes planning the team s own project initiatives and for the top 5-10 digitalization projects of the group, highlighting resource and requirement interdependencies for our Digital-IT Board. This happens in close cooperation with the respective program manager and responsible departments and steering boards. For budget transparency, this includes prioritizing investments within the own team s project budget, and for these and the top project of the group, highlighting major deviations and interdependencies based on the performance of the projects, especially in adherence to promised spendings and outcomes. This happens in close cooperation with the respective controlling manager. Prepares decision needs for our top-level Digital-IT Board in collaboration with the delivering units, project managers and controllers.
Qualifikation Master in Business Administration, Information Technology or a comparable qualification At least five years of experience as portfolio manager or in an adequate position In-depth expertise of Process Digitalization business models, business priorities and governance Excellent knowledge and skills in project portfolio management and controlling (budgeting, KPI, resource allocation, reporting) Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and German
