About the position: As our Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing our team of Customer Success agents in the Netherlands . You will oversee that operations run smoothly and that monthly KPIs are met. In addition, you will focus on projects that improve efficiency and customer experience. Also you will perform the whole range of activities directly dealing with the customers, that are needed to execute the operational side of a fast-growing e-commerce company and to push sales and customer satisfaction . Since we’re growing rapidly, we are looking for someone who can grow with us and actively shape the direction of our Customer Success Team. This means that you will have a lot of space to explore new ideas .
