Job Description - Electrical Project Manager
Location: Madrid, Spain
We have been appointed to assist a specialist M&E contractor in the recruitment of an experienced Project Manager for their European team. In recent years our client has established a strong presence in the Data Centre realm, delivering major cutting-edge projects throughout Ireland and Europe.
Do you specialise in in the delivery of data centre projects throughout Ireland and Europe?

As a Project Manager you will;
* Guide your site team from conception to completion
* Identify contract variations and make necessary adjustments.
* Provide essential reports regarding programme and budget goals.
* Provide tender packages to subcontractors and suppliers.
* Establish strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
* Extensive experience with a specialist or principal contractor
* Experience working on life sciences or mission-critical projects
* Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in microsoft packages, as well as industry-specific software.
* Sound expertise in budgeting and financial management.
