Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Stardom Employment Consultants LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for our company and our clients. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions, including bank deposits, credit card transactions, and vendor payments.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct monthly and year-end close procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards.
- Communicate with clients to resolve any billing or payment issues.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
