This_Position DocuSign is looking for a self-motivated SaaS Engineer to help us build, maintain, and rationalize our internal SaaS ecosystem. This role will involve day-to-day management of SaaS applications critical to our business, enforcement of vendor management and SaaS policies, and partnership with business stakeholders to maximize the value delivery of their SaaS portfolios. You ll be joining our Cloud Applications team of system engineers and administrators responsible for overall SaaS service ownership and strategy. This position reports to the Manager, Cloud Apps & User Productivity. Responsibilities * Maintain and improve our portfolio of cloud-based applications, systems and associated infrastructure * Work with business stakeholders to scope, implement and configure SaaS applications and platforms like Google Workspace, Microsoft O365, Okta, and Slack * Operationalize our SaaS service blueprint and provide best-in-class support to business stakeholders and cross-functional team members * Use RESTful APIs and services to integrate SaaS applications with existing data providers * Orchestrate and automate tasks and processes with cloud-based platforms * Help define and document new productivity and collaboration patterns to support a hybrid working environment * Maintain a security focused approach to development, configuration, and administration Basic_Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related degree; or 3 years of related experience with a Master s degree in Computer Science or related degree. * Experience onboarding and implementing new collaboration and productivity solutions * Experience administering and supporting SaaS applications and platforms in an enterprise environment (e.g. Smartsheet, Zoom, Lucidchart, etc.) * Admin-level experience with Google Workspace core applications (e.g. Gmail, Calendar, and Google Drive) * Experience with programming/scripting languages such as C# or Python * Experience using REST APIs and JSON or XML Preferred_Qualifications * Admin-level experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 * Experience with SSO and IAM providers (e.g. Okta, Hitachi ID), and common IDP and IAM concepts including unified profiles, RBAC, etc. * Experience using data integration and workflow platforms (e.g. MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier) * Experience integrating and migrating SaaS applications and following defined architecture standards * Experience using and integrating with RESTful APIs and services * Experience with common cloud infrastructure platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP * Self-starter with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with minimal direction or supervision * Strong team player willing to take responsibility, accountability and ownership About_Us DocuSign helps organizations connect and automate how they prepare, sign, ac on, and manage agreements.
