Job Description
The Sr. Growth Marketing Analyst will serve as the “analytics arm” of our growth marketing team for Achieve Lending across our personal loans and home equity loans products. This role sits at the intersection of acquisition marketing and analytics to help us make the right media investment decisions that accelerate profitable growth. This includes supporting long-term growth strategy, optimizing our marketing mix, helping uncover insights to balance strategic goals for our lending business with delivering investor returns, and driving full funnel conversion improvements.
The right candidate is a self-starter who is hands-on with data, comfortable developing a data-driven marketing strategy, and thrives in a cross-functional environment.
Your responsibilities and focus area:
Your day to day will include user acquisition and growth strategies, paid marketing channels, experimentation, financial modeling, communicating complex analyses to senior executive leadership, and more!
Provide thought partnership to Growth and Retention Marketing on user and revenue growth strategy. Own end-to-end analytic work streams, define performance criteria/success metrics, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
Accelerate expansion of our Marketing acquisition channels. Collaborate with stakeholders to define/frame opportunities, drive alignment on the analytical approach, extract/manipulate data, and synthesize analysis to share insights/recommendations.
Evaluate full-funnel optimization opportunities across all our user-acquisition / retention channels. Use data analysis and modeling to drive greater ROI efficiency via opportunity sizing/scenario analysis, testing, and analytics.
Collaborate with the cross-functional team to plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests, using analytical and statistical approaches to continually improve marketing results.
Forward looking growth scenario planning: Develop deep understanding of business KPI’s, paid/earned/owned media channel trends, and macro factors to perform exploratory analysis, generate hypotheses, and size opportunities.
Conduct and maintain media mix modeling to help optimize channel mix.
Partner with Marketing, Business Intelligence/Analytics, and Product to drive website/user tracking and attribution strategy.
