You will work directly for the VP of Sales in managing a team of 15-20 Account Executives focused on converting net new business for the company. Your primary focus will be on the hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, managing and ultimately the production of your team. The Sales Manager will work with Sales Leadership to build a winning culture and contribute to the overall sales initiatives of the Organization. With support/collaboration of Sales Operations, Finances, Marketing, Support, and Implementation, the Sales Manager will enable their team by advocating and problem solving on their behalf.
What you’ll do
Interact with Account Executives to manage effort and effectiveness
Coach and mentor Account Executives to continue to develop product and sales process expertise
Conduct 1:1s with Account Executives
Participate in Sales Leadership meetings and provide bottom-up feedback from Account Executive perspective
Participate in customer meetings and presentations when needed
Compile and analyze data for KPIs on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Advocate and collaborate with product, marketing, support, and other teams to improve processes.
Monitor and coach calls and demos
Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate will have
BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related area
2-5 years' successful sales experience as an individual contributor (tech industry preferred)
3+ years’ experience managing a sales team (new business preferred)
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving, skills combined with a bias towards action
Empathetic and servant minded leader
Works well in a team environment
Coachable but also willing to contribute expertise
Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards
Strong communication and relationship building skills with ability to inspire a team
Ability to work in fast pace and high-growth environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities, and be willing to “roll-up your sleeves” to help drive organizational change
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team environment
Strong creative and design skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in multiple locations

Salary
$90,000 to $110,000/year + commission
Location
This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing to work in the Denver office a minimum of 4 day per week.
