Position Overview:
Ashley Smith-Brown is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Clinical Data Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the clinical data management process, ensuring the integrity and quality of clinical trial data. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical trial data.
Lead and mentor a team of clinical data managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Provide guidance and support to team members in the execution of their responsibilities.
Continuously assess and enhance data management processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Implement best practices and industry standards in clinical data management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Programming, to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Address and resolve data discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data management in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and industry standards for clinical data management.
Proven experience managing and leading a team of clinical data professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
