OUR CLIENT is seeking an experienced Sales Executive responsible for prospecting and acquiring new customers (75%) and supporting the outdoor advertising needs of existing customers (25%).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Gather market information and participate in the identification of new clients that may have needs for outdoor advertising products and services.
* Assist in the development of strategies and promotions that match prospects needs with the companys products.
* Proactively contact prospects and arrange appointments. Overcome objections as required.
* Identify customer needs through the use of effective interactive communication skills.
* Lead the development of creative solutions intended to meet the clients needs.
* Prepare and present accurate, cost-effective and professional proposals. Negotiate the terms of the sale and overcome objections as required to close the sale.
* Be the go to person for implementation of the sale. Be a resource to ensure that the customer needs have been met and that the customer has an amazing experience.
* Maintain client renewal logs, complete and maintain sales projections as well as projected close rates on new prospects.
* Be an ambassador of the company in the community.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
* The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in outbound business to business sales.
* Has a hunter's mindset for prospecting leads.
* Is a great listener and excellent communicator (both verbally and in writing).
* Is very proficient in the use of Excel.
* Is able to methodically prioritize, organize, and execute.
* Has a tremendous amount of initiative and desire to hit (and exceed) goals.
* Is resilient and persistent.
* Has a desire to grow into sales leadership with the company.
COMPENSATION
* Base Salary: $50,000 to $60,000
* First year OTE is $100,000. 2nd year+ is $150,000+.
* Quarterly Profit Bonus: 5.5% of company quarterly profit = $15,000 to $20,000
* Monthly Sales Bonus
