Accounting Manager

RideNow Powersports-Hurst, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly organized and dependable individual with strong communication skills and a keen attention-to-detail to join our team as an Accounting Manager! Responsibilities
Data Entry involving a high volume of transactions
Process weekly credit card payments
Reviewing and inputting payments into our software system
Download credit card activity on a Macro spreadsheet for individual store charges
Perform individual credit card reconciliation in QuickBooks for Marketing personnel
Coding for credit cards for Marketing personnel
Bank reconciliation for multiple store locations
Facilitate billing for Parts Unlimited
Review and verify all invoices for accuracy
Providing Additional Administrative support as needed
Requirements
Must have 1+ years of accounting experience
Familiarity with Accounting Systems
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under limited supervision
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
EVO experience preferred
Bank reconciliations experience preferred
Quick Books experience preferred
Must submit to a background check and drug screening
10 key operations or equivalent

Pay: $20-$22hr depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)
