Survey Manager

Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a leading company in Chesapeake, VA to find a skilled individual to join the team as a Survey Manager.
The role entails various responsibilities such as:
Preparing proposals,
Client communication,
Conducting site surveying services,
Overseeing survey field crews,
Managing contract operations,
Ensuring project profitability.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a VA Professional Land Surveyor certification.
Possess at least 5 years of experience in land development and public works projects.
Experience in supporting teams for subdivisions, site plans, rezoning, as well as supervisory skills.
A crucial requirement is having established relationships and experience collaborating with local municipalities and approval agencies.
