We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers with at least 6 months of OTR or Regional experience in the past year to join our team. This position offers a favorable schedule of 23 days on the road followed by 5 days at home. Drivers will be hauling primarily no-touch reefer freight, with occasional dry van freight
Hiring in MO, IL, IA, and OH (applicants must live north of I-70 in these states)
Job Highlights
Run 23 days, then enjoy 5 days off.
No-touch freight, primarily reefer with occasional dry van loads.
65% drop-and-hook.
Routes: Mostly Eastern U.S., occasional Western routes.
Pay:
Weekly average: $1,600 - $1,900 (company-paid health insurance included).
Without company health insurance: $1,700 - $2,000.
Starting pay:
$0.62 CPM for the first 2,000 miles.
$1.00 CPM for every mile beyond 2,000 per week.
Example earnings (2500 miles):
First 2000 miles at $0.62 per mile: $1,240
Remaining 500 miles at $1.00 per mile: $500
Total earnings: $1,740
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
$750 on the first paycheck.
$750 on the second paycheck.
$500 after 6 months.
Orientation: 2.5 days, pays $300.

Rider Policy: Allowed after 90 days (immediate family, 10 years or older).
Drivers can go home with the truck, truck and trailer MUST stay together
Requirements
Age: 23 or older.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience (dry van or reefer) in the last year.
Driving Record:
No more than 2 moving violations (no major violations) in the last 3 years.
No speeding tickets over 20 mph in the last 3 years if there are other moving violations.
Accidents/Incidents:
Maximum of 2 DOT-recordable preventable accidents in the last 3 years (no injuries, rear-end, jackknife, or rollovers).
Maximum of 2 incidents in the last 3 years.
Criminal Record:
No felonies in the last 7 years.
No misdemeanors in the last 3 years.
Must be off probation/parole for 5 years (felonies) or 3 years (misdemeanors).
Employment History:
Maximum of 3 jobs in the last year.
No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
Drug Testing: Must pass urine and hair follicle drug tests.
Not eligible if you’ve ever failed/refused a DOT drug test, even with SAP completion.
