About the role:
As an IT Architect, you’ll help design the foundation for how our global fintech platforms perform and scale. Your expertise will influence selecting, operating and administering systems and software for our environment that supports vital business processes.
About the team:
The Infinity IdP team is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting the Infinity IdP solution for FIS and is used across the Banking & Payments, Capital Markets, and Corporate lines of businesses. FIS’ Infinity IdP is a proprietary asset that is a full-featured identity and access management (IAM) system that supports the industry standards of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect, user management, authentication and authorization services to connected service providers.  Infinity IdP also provides Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Inbound SSO, and Rest API services.
What you will be doing:
Work across the lines of business to gather and document requirements to Product Analysts, Solution Architects, and/or Business Analysts.
Provide best practices consulting on what “should” be done vs what “could” be done in terms of IAM solutions.
Persuade audiences at different levels of a cross-functional organization on adhering to IAM best practices.
Establish, monitor, educate, and govern best practices across Infinity IdP deployments.
Organize, plan, and close out solution design requests.
Keep up to date on industry standards relating to IAM.
 
What you will need:
Expert at IAM architect solutions and standards
Have a strong business acumen and be able to gather requirements, communicate, and persuade audiences at different levels of a cross-functional organization.
Ability to self-manage priority of different tasks and get work done with minimum supervision and through nebulous requirements.
Ability to informally lead cross-functional teams and facilitate discussions
Expertise with end-to-end systems development life cycles and a background leading large projects.
Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques.
Added bonus if you have:
Previous project and/or resource management experience
Knowledge of FIS Products and Services
Knowledge of Fintech industry.
