Are you an approachable and meticulous HR professional, with an exceptional eye for detail and experience managing a team?

Would you thrive in an organisation committed to creating an inclusive workplace where hard work and dedication is rewarded?

If so, we have a wonderful opportunity for an HR Team Leader to join a well-established and progressive non-profit organisation based in Telford, offering hybrid-working.

As the HR Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing a comprehensive and efficient human resources service, working closely with the HR Business Partners and the wider People Services leadership team. You will provide HR advisory services to Hiring Teams and staff across the company, helping to empower them and allow for the organisation to run smoothly. In this key position, you will oversee the continuous improvement of all HR processes, systems, policies and procedures, enabling the efficient, timely and accurate delivery of these services, leading a small team of People Assistants to aid in these tasks.

On a day-to-day basis, you will assist managers in undertaking daily HR activities by monitoring the necessary tools, systems and updates, as well as maintaining and auditing the staff database. You will provide regular reports on staff turnover, absence, holidays, sickness, performance management and HR reports as and when required.
