As a time-served plumber, you will be a part of a team that is in charge of completing a variety of Industrial and Commercial plumbing and heating tasks, such as boiler servicing, response maintenance, planned maintenance, and home energy upgrades (such as boiler and heating controls, air source heat pumps, etc.).

Role and Responsibilities:

• Routine plumbing maintenance.

• Repairs and general maintenance.

• Execute both reactive and arranged preventive maintenance.

• Ensuring that thorough electronic service work reports are submitted for all completed projects.

• Ensure that all health and safety requirements are followed.

• Plumbing and heating system installation will also be necessary.

• General fabric repairs and building maintenance.

• Installation of new heating systems.

• Experience with boiler repairs.

Ideal Candidate:

• Senior Trade Cert or National Craft Cert.

• Experience with SEAI works or specifications is required.

• 3 years of post-degree.

• RGI Certificate is needed.
