Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Officer at the Fahaheel Branch of LGTC located in Fahaheel, Block 7 near Al Kout. The Admin Officer will be responsible for general administration tasks, providing administrative assistance, ensuring effective communication, delivering quality customer service, managing reception duties, handling documentation efficiently, preparing sales and expenses reports, and purchasing office items. This role requires strong organization skills and attention to detail to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administration tasks and provide administrative support.
  • Manage the reception area, greet visitors, and handle phone calls professionally.
  • Maintain and organize office documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare and manage sales and expenses reports to support financial tracking and decision-making.
  • Daily depositing of cash in the bank and preparing of the daily report.
  • Purchase necessary items for the office, ensuring supplies are well-stocked.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments and external partners.
  • Deliver quality customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to manage office operations and meet deadlines.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in General Administration, Administrative Assistance, Reception Work, Documentation, and Financial Reporting.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
