Responsibilities in your new role as Paid Media Manager

* Overseeing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing primarily on Google Ads and Bing.

* Monitoring and adjusting keyword bids, daily and monthly budget limits, impression share, quality scores, and other key account metrics.

* Analysing and interpreting website analytics and the performance of PPC initiatives and campaigns.

* Managing campaign expenditures to adhere to budget constraints and estimating monthly costs.

* Conducting research and analysis of competitor advertisements to inform strategic decisions.

* Providing recommendations for keyword opportunities, campaign structure, targeting, and other elements to support lead generation objectives.

* Producing comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that track major metrics and revenue goals.

* Optimising ad copy and landing pages to enhance lead generation using tools like Google Analytics.

* Developing compelling, user-centric content to drive lead acquisition.

* Collaborating closely with the digital team to align strategies and maximise effectiveness.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Paid Media Manager role will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a PPC-focused role and possess essential software proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEMrush, Supermetrics, Tag Manager and Hotjar. You will have varied channel experience across social media, content creation, SEO, web management and optimisation. A working knowledge of back-end website functionality is also desirable along with an understanding of offline conversion and reporting considerations.
