Job Title: Employee Relations Coordinator
Hourly Pay: $22 - $30/hour

Job Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, including conflicts, complaints, and workplace behavior
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on resolving disputes and improving relationships
Investigate employee concerns, document findings, and recommend solutions
Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture
Assist in performance management processes, including providing feedback and mediation support
Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies
Facilitate employee training on conflict resolution and company policies
Maintain confidential records of employee relations cases and resolutions
Collaborate with HR to ensure effective communication and resolution of employee issues
Monitor and report on employee satisfaction and engagement levels
Qualifications
Proven experience in employee relations, HR, or a related role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations
Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
