Globaledit is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team. As Solutions Manager of our Globaledit Studio product, you will play a crucial role in the successful customer lifecycle. In this role you will consult with, and develop a unique solution for each customer, guiding them seamlessly from sale to activation. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in project management, ecommerce production workflow, creative production systems and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Assist Marketing with Go-to-Market:
Collaborate with the marketing team regarding product features, benefits and market position as well as integration workflows with the company’s software platforms and 3rd party integrations.
Sales Engineering
Collaborate with the sales and account teams on new business and upsell opportunities.
Deliver expertly tailored demos to prospective customers.
Discover and evaluate prospect and customer workflows, production tools used and articulate ways to enhance their processes using Globaledit and Globaledit Studio.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of the customer ROI and communicate this effectively.
Product Development:
Work closely with customers to outline and understand their specific business use cases.
Paying attention to detail, consider all basic and edge cases during the proposal, customization and integration process.
Wireframe proposed workflows and solutions.
Translate customer requirements into actionable technical requirements for the development team.
Lead product customization and development sessions with development partners
Conduct thorough testing of the integration, identifying and communicating any issues to the engineering team.
Gather feedback from customers and provide training.
Provide ideas for feature and product enhancements as applicable.
Partner with in house production teams on current best practices, and develop new features and enhancements that can be shared across all internal stakeholders. Facilitate resource sharing across internal teams on a monthly or quarterly basis. 
Relationship Management:
Act as a liaison between internal and external engineering teams, account management teams, and customers.
Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between different business units and 3rd party providers.
Issue Resolution:
Assist customers in addressing issues, bugs, or new business cases that may arise during and after integration.
Insights Reporting:
Report project insights and progress to senior leadership, providing regular updates on key metrics and milestones.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in ecommerce studio production, technology and workflows.
Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in project management, particularly in software integration, solutions management or similar roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on identifying and addressing edge cases.
Technical acumen to translate customer requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proven success in driving initiatives across the product lifecycle from inception through to launch with measurable results
Ability to learn the business and perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities
Skilled at performing ROI analysis on new ideas and product features
Technical acumen, ability to swiftly synthesize and understand technical requirements and intelligence from multiple sources
Adaptive and flexible, ability to work well under pressure and collaboratively within a dynamic and fluid environment
Entrepreneurial/self-starter; strategic mindset, able to rally others around your vision with a strong bias for action
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; using data and metrics to back up your assumptions, rationale and decision-making
Bachelor’s degree in photography, technology, or related field
Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 annually plus commission. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
