Our client based in Huntingdon is seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator to join them on a full time permanent basis working 7am-5pm (week 1) and 8am-6pm (week 2) Monday to Friday.
As Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating drivers and fleet in the most cost effective, efficient way, allocating the correct vehicle to the requirement, ensuring timely deliveries and collections, maintaining the company inhouse transport system, arranging vehicles planned and reactive maintenance, meeting company SLA's, maintain and improve driver performance and all other related supporting duties.
To be considered for the role of Transport Coordinator, it is essential that you relevant transport industry experience, strong communication and organisational skills, PC literate in MS Office.
In return, our client is offering salary of £35,000, 28 days paid annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, career progression and development, pension, discounted gym membership, products and services, onsite parking.
