We are working with a leading refurbishment and fit out contractor specialising in delivering high-quality projects across Scotland. With a commitment to excellence and a track record of successful project completion, they are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join their dynamic team.

Location: Edinburgh, Scotland

Role Overview: As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing internal refurbishment and fit out projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of projects, managing construction programmes, and ensuring high-quality finishes in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee refurbishment and fit out projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Manage site logistics, including materials procurement, equipment deployment, and site security.
Provide regular progress reports to project management and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and milestones.Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a focus on refurbishment and fit out projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to manage construction programmes and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with project stakeholders.
Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance on-site.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field would be advantageous.Benefits:
