Forest Care Selection is currently working in partnership with a forward-thinking third-sector provider of community-based and residential care settings to adults with acquired brain injury, learning disabilities, complex physical disabilities, and individuals with autism. This quality-focused provider requires a Registered Manager to work within their established residential care and rehabilitation service for individuals with an acquired brain injury in the Ely, Cambridgeshire area.
The Registered Manager in Ely, Cambridgeshire duties will include:
* Oversee a team delivering the highest standards of care to individuals with an acquired brain injury.
* Lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide the highest standards of Person-Centred care.
* Ensuring the service is fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Oversee the budget and financial management of the service.
The Registered Manager in Ely, Cambridgeshire will need:
* A positive mindset and a passion for supporting individuals with a Disability through their rehabilitation journey.
* A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent
* Experience in leading and motivating care teams as well.
* Experience in managing budgets and financial systems.
* Effective organisational and time management skills.
