SALARY & BENEFITS
£25,000 plus attractive bonus structure
Achieve impressive on-target earnings of £30,000 - £35,000
Monday-Sunday (5 days a week, one weekend day every other week)
Shifts: 8am - 4pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am-7pm
Braintree, Great Notley
Permanent, Full-Time
22 days holiday plus bank holidays (increase each year of service)

THE JOB
Answering incoming calls
Cross sell and up sell products that align with customers needs
Processing through orders
Provide excellent customer service and dealing with any queries
Using an in-house system to log call notes
