Based in Cambridge (with multiple offices across the UK) and with nearly 50 years of expertise and countless awards demonstrating their reputation in the industry, this consultancy is fully equipped to support a principal geotechnical engineer in the next step of their career.

The Principal Geo-environmental Engineer selected will be provided with:

Flexible hours and hybrid work available.The Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer role will entail a variety of responsibilities on small and large ground investigation projects. You'll be contributing to project management, company operations, bidding and tendering, technical report writing and reviewing, training of junior team members and liaising with clients, among other duties.

Principal Geo-Environmental Engineers considered will:

Have a degree in geotechnical engineering, geology, physical geography, geoscience (or a similar/relevant subject).
Have experience as a geo-environmental consultant.
Have exceptional communication skills, ideally with experience leading a team and/or supervising junior members.
Hold a valid UK driving licence.
