Customer Services Executive, Packaging Consumables - Cambs

Following the successful appointment of an impressive new Client Services Director in the largest privately owned tape printer in Europe, they now seek to strengthen their Client Services team with the appointment of two dynamic, communicative & Client centric Customer Service Executives.

Working hand in hand with major Distributor Clients, you’ll be responsible for building a high level of trust and understanding which facilitates the delivery of long term & sustainable solutions to their customers, as these roles form part of a strong strategic plan for delivering investment & growth. The new Client Services Executive roles demand communicative & dynamically energetic, Client centric individuals to further cement the Business’ overriding passion and capability for delivering exceptional product & customer care.

Ideally with some exposure to the Print / Packaging Industry, or in a bespoke manufacturing environment, you must have the proven ability to forge successful partnerships that are founded on an open and flexible approach. You’ll be capable of listening and questioning the Clients requirements, using your ability to then tailor beneficial solutions that will be shaped to fulfil the requirements of their ‘Customers customers', so the focus of this role is also to further maximise the potential for new/additional growth opportunities that will contribute to increased future market share.

Primary Purpose of the Role

* Building amiable, long term, relationships, with existing and new distributors that actively encourages business growth through new products and generic growth.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

* Build sustainable relationships and trust with distributors through open and interactive communication.

* Take ownership and responsibility for customer orders and enquiries through to completion.

* Process and acknowledge orders and quotations to agreed deadlines.

* Recommend company products, negotiate and quote in line with their distributor’s requirements.

* Upsell to existing customers, maximising profitability.

You will possess excellent communication skills (verbal & written), be a strong & motivated individual, yet an effective team player, with an ability to work under pressure & to tight deadlines. You’ll be results orientated, with a positive, proactive, & inquisitive approach to life, alongside a clearly demonstrable focus and understanding of high-quality Customer Service & the ability to confidently deal with internal and external customers.
