ACR have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager working with a large scale residnetial developer who have a traditional build scheme based near Colchester.
The ideal candidate will have exposure in management working on new build residential schemes consisting of traditional build housing.
This is a great opportunity to join a leading developer/contractor that is experiencing a boom in workload who can offer long term careers with good prospects for progression.
Qualifcation Requirments:
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
* Full Driving Licence
* Up to date relevant knowledge of NHBC rules an regulations
* Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
