Sales Coordinator

An exciting opportunity as become available in our growing Sales team. We are looking for an UK & Ireland Account Co-ordinator to join our dedicated team at our Colchester office, it is an ideal place for a candidate who is ambitious, hardworking and loves working in a fast paced environment.
UK & Ireland Account Co-ordinator
Tasks and responsibilities:-
* Sales calls / client follow up
* Rate & Commercial Negotiations
* Full request for quote process management, registration and updating
* Development and Implementation of both new and existing business including products
* Management & revision of rate structures
* Escalation point for ECC Internal depts (Customer Services, Ops, Administration, Legal)
* Escalation point for clients as required
* Business reviews to be held with clients (Remote / Client Site / Ewals location) – Expectation twice yearly (Minimum)
* Monthly reviews with ECC Production team
* Weekly Volume & Monthly financial reviews with Line Manager
* Monthly financial analysis Inc Budget vs Actual
* Credit Terms adherence & improvement (Day Sales Outstanding, reduction Plan)
The role involves interaction with partners and colleagues from Ewals’ offices throughout Europe. You will need to be able to multitask and be accurate in verifying and informing information. To make the role a success, you should have the correct skills in escalating issues towards clients, whilst also cascading issues back from the clients to the business.
Hours of work consists of:
Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:30
