An Award Winning Housing Developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager for a new project in the Peterborough area. The successful candidate will be offered up to £75,000 + package and will have the opportunity to progress to Contracts Manager within 12 months.

Job Duties:

Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion within budget and schedule
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on site
Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance with building regulations
Manage site staff, including training, performance evaluations, and resolving any issues
Prepare and update project progress reports for senior management

Required Qualifications:

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
First Aid certification
Full UK Driving License

Experience:

Proven experience in site management, overseeing a traditional housing site

Pride in the Job Award (desired)

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of traditional house building techniques
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficient in project management software
