Family Group Conference Co-ordinator

This post holder will work across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire and will manage the Family Group Conference with the aim of supporting families to devise plans for children subject to child protection plans and court proceedings.

Location: Sand Martin House, Peterborough – hybrid working – 2/3 days per week in the office/home visits required
