Full time/ Permanent Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm with 1-hour lunch break

Salary £30/£35k

Full UK driving licence is essential

Overview

Our Loughborough based clients a well established organisation with 20 years of experience are looking for an exhibition Project Manager to join their hardworking and friendly team.

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in Project Management in events/exhibitions.

The role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and successfully managing all post-sale global bespoke projects through the production and fulfilment process. They will collaborate with internal and external teams to provide a premium service for clients.

The role includes but is not limited to the following tasks:

* Manage bespoke exhibition builds from finished design to delivery on-site

* Working on and managing multiple projects at one time

* Controlling technical elements such as internal and external orders, graphics and logistics to make sure all services align on-site within budgets

* Submissions of plans/RAMS to organisers, ability to respond to queries they may have against designs

* Managing suppliers and ordering site services, furniture, flooring, graphics, and AV prior to build and on-site

* Ensuring orders and submissions are placed within manual/portal deadlines

* Attend meetings to discuss project details and objectives

* Confidentially discuss solutions with sales, internal departments, construction, and technical teams

* Attend sign-off meetings for final artwork

* Traveling to UK/EU venues to oversee build and suppliers and sign off build quality. (Sometimes handing over to the client in the absence of the account manager)

* Understanding of carnet requirements and submission is preferred but not essential

* Be flexible and forward-thinking towards the project, creating and adapting to last-minute changes/adds which will benefit the project

* Building relationships with current and new suppliers as well as clients

* Confidence when communicating with clients and suppliers both in person, by email and on the phone

* Experience with software such as Salesforce, SAGE, Google Docs, and Microsoft programs is preferred but not essential
