At Bloor Homes our Group Digital Coordinator is a vital role in our large, family-run business who supports the digital team at Group level to ensure all digital content is created, up-to-date, optimised and performing across the website and all channels.

We are recruiting for a Group Digital Executive to join us in our Head Office, based in Measham, Swadlincote. This is a key position in a friendly, family-owned business, where we believe in attracting and encouraging the best people to develop successful careers with us.

MAIN DUTIES

Creation of Coming Soon developments and plots on the website using a Content management system (Sitecore)

Creation and Implementation of content at group level across multiple pages on the website

Uploading of group and regional content and assets to the content management system (Sitecore)

Assist in the development of the Bloor Homes website (Desktop, tablet, mobile and potential app) to become a leader, not only in its own industry, but a leader amongst others.

Regular audits and reviews of group and regional content across multiple pages and channels

Manage group and regional level Google my Business listings

Be the shared point of contact for regional queries arising from the content management system (Sitecore)

Assist in testing and deployment of development tickets with our 3rd party digital partner

Working with the Group Digital Manager, liaise with our 3rd party digital partner to ensure all on-going projects meet deadlines.

Working with the Group Digital Manager, liaise with our 3rd party digital partner to ensure all helpdesk issues are prioritised

Working with the Group Graphics Department, ensure that all digital and CMS assets are up-to-date and catalogued in an orderly fashion

Along with the Group Digital Manager, plan and execute a content strategy

Assist the Group Digital Manager with managing the Conversion Rate Optimisation projects, with regular hypothesis and idea sessions.

Periodically reviewing competitor’s websites and digital channels

Regular reporting across various channels, using mainly Google Analytics

Regular liaison with various 3rd party agencies

Assist with the creation and communication of Bloor Homes’ digital strategy to the wider business.

Assist with production of data led ROI (return on investment) documentation to support new and existing digital projects and enhancements.

Attending meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your duties.

Complying with and uphold company policies and procedures.

Undertaking any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES

Experience in a similar or related role.

Digital or Marketing based qualification.

Good knowledge of all forms of digital communications, including social channels.

Experience using content management systems, preferably Sitecore.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with strong commercial awareness.

Flexibility to work across various business functions.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work across a number of projects.

Keen eye for detail, in relation to auditing digital and website content
