We are currently seeking an innovative Marketing Manager for a prominent client in the machine parts and workshop supplies industry based in Hereford. This company is known for its forward-thinking approach and agility, consistently disrupting the market within its sector.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for devising and implementing a comprehensive, content-driven marketing strategy. This strategy will drive revenue growth, provide crucial support to the sales team, and enhance the company's brand presence and value.

The role

* Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy to achieve targeted B2C sales objectives.

* Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

* Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including printed materials and digital content.

* Plan and execute new product and service campaigns, from conceptualisation to delivery.

* Conduct market research to assess the viability of current and potential products and services.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

* Analyse marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing team.

* Provide regular updates to senior management on marketing activities and campaign outcomes.

The candidate

* Minimum of 5 years' marketing experience in a B2B and B2C environment.

* At least 2 years' experience in leadership and management of creative teams, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.

* Strong analytical skills for monitoring and interpreting market trends.

* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational proficiency.

* Hands-on approach with a propensity for collaboration across various business domains.

* Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective teamwork and independent operation.

* A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
