Our client a leading civil engineering contractor are looking for an experienced site agent.
Immediate start
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the engineering team, including Site Engineers, Section Engineers & Foreman
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
* Monitor and control all aspects of the project, ensuring delivery within programme and budget
* Liaise with clients, designers, and subcontractors
* Attend progress meetings and compile reports
* Implement Quality & Environmental plans on site
* Drive a Safety Culture across the site team
Requirements:
* Relevant highways construction experience
* Previous experience with a main contractor in a similar role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
