The Role
As Managing Director you will be the driving force behind all commercial and technical strategies. Your leadership will be pivotal in steering the division towards achieving its ambitious growth targets while maintaining their reputation for engineering excellent in the field of Combustion and Fired Heater technology.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of the company's strategic plans to achieve commercial growth.
* Oversee all technical operations ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and to the highest quality standards.
* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across all departments
* Manage mentor a diverse team of professionals, promoting collaboration and professional development
* Building and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and industry partners.
* Ensure financial health through effective budgeting forecasting and risk management
Requirements
1. A proven leader with extensive experience in a senior management role within the Oil & Gas, Refining or Petrochemical Industries
2. BSc/MSc/HNC/HND in a Mechanical Engineering or related field
3. Commercially astute with a track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets
4. Hands on technical expertise with the ability to understand and engage with complex engineering projects.
5. Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
7. Adept at building relationships and networks within the Industry
This is a full time position based in the UK.
