Facilitate Search have partnered with a globally recognised Facilities Management provider who have a large portfolio of Healthcare, Schools and Public Sector contracts.They are now looking for someone who can commute into the Birmingham area, who can assist with delivering Capital Works projects across a large estate.

Our client works with a number of prestigious clients in providing maintenance and project support services on projects across the healthcare, educational and government sectors. The typical projects delivered are valued from £100,000 - £2million with a high volume of projects ongoing at different stages.

On completion of the FTC, there is the opportunity to move within the business to join other departments.

The Project Manager will be managing a mixture of Sub-contractors and direct labour to ensure that the projects are delivered on-time and to the expected budgets.

* Complete projects on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties.

* Promote and maintain the key core values of the business.

* Responsible for managing sub-contractors and ensuring that the client.

* Identify, reduce and manage all risk (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise).

Qualifications / Experience:

* Recognised technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical (desirable)

* Proven track record safely delivering projects in FM, M&E or Construction.

* Chairing meetings with the client and senior leadership team to ensure that the process is following the appropriate processes.

* Experience of creating, presenting and managing on bids, tenders and proposals
