This is the exciting opportunity for an experienced OCDEA to join a growing energy consultancy in the South Coast of England. The successful candidate will join a team of experienced SAP and SBEM assessors.

Role responsibilities include:

Carrying out energy assessments and EPCs for new builds
Work alongside the construction team and clients by providing advice and solutions to ensure targets are met
Produce energy strategies and decarbonization reports
Carry out SAP and SBEM calculations and ensure projects are in compliance with Part L regulations.The ideal candidate will have:

An On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor Accreditation
Minimum 3 years' experience as an OCDEA and carrying out SAP calculations and assessments
Experience with SBEM software and carrying out relevant calculations
Full UK driving license
