You will be joining a fabulous business where you will have huge scope to make a real impact. Our client is a new Restaurant in Bournemouth and this is a great opportunity to build a team around you and drive this vibrant and exciting business forward.

What's involved?

As a Head Chef, you will be involved in the day to day running of the kitchen, offering support to the Executive Head Chef. The Hotel is open 7 days a week and operates on a split shift basis. You will only be required to work 5 days out of 7.
