£27,000 Per Annum

Full time/ Permanent

Monday – Friday: 8am - 4pm

PS Ltd are seeking an experienced administrator who can provide exceptional administration and customer service support to our client based in Mansfield. You will need to be a confident user of both telephone and office-based IT systems. The role will be responsible for liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, and our client is seeking someone who is confident and proactive.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

* Schedule servicing & testing for vehicles

* Ensure all vehicles are licenced, tested and taxed

* Ensuring all filing systems and relevant licences are up to date

* Providing administration support to the vehicle workshop

* To embrace all opportunities of learning and development within the company

* To assist with general housekeeping duties required within the service administration office.

* Submit essential documentation to local authorities via email and online

Person Specification

* Must have previous administration experience

* Will be used to working in a fast-paced environment and be able to cope well under pressure

* An Enthusiastic, Flexible Team Player

* Excellent attention to detail

* Comfortable using Excel to a high standard

* Have excellent organisational and time management skills

* Excellent communication skills

* IT Literacy (Microsoft Office and outlook Packages)

* Ability to work to deadlines

* Can operate effectively without supervision
